</div>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the app on your phone">
    Go to [app.tozzecard.xyz](https://app.tozzecard.xyz). On a computer, the app shows a QR code to open it on your phone.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap Create your card">
    Your phone asks to save a passkey for Tozzecard. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint.
  </Step>

  <Step title="That's it">
    The passkey makes your card's key on your device, and the card's address is ready. Some devices ask a second time the first time round.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Signing in again

Tap **I already have a card** and pick your Tozzecard passkey. The same passkey always opens the same card.

<Warning>
  Don't tap **Create your card** again if you already have one. A new passkey makes a new card with a different address, and your ID can only activate one card.
</Warning>

## If the passkey fails

| Message | What to do |
| - | - |
| *This device's passkeys can't hold a card key* | Your passkey provider doesn't support the feature the card needs. Use iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager or 1Password. See [Supported](/overview/supported#devices) |
| *Face ID was cancelled or timed out* | Try again and confirm the prompt |
