# Risks

> What can go wrong, plainly.

| Risk | What it means for you |
| - | - |
| **Stock prices fall** | Your stocks can lose value. The agent doesn't try to time the market; it only keeps your split and refills your card |
| **Losing your passkey** | If no synced copy is left, the card can't be opened and its USD1 is stuck. There is no recovery yet |
| **Agent session ends** | The Agentic Wallet signs out after up to 48 hours. Until you confirm again in the Binance App, the agent can't refill |
| **Developer Mode on** | It lets the wallet skip the address book. The agent refuses to run, but anything else using the wallet could send elsewhere |
| **Closed-market prices** | If the card runs low on a weekend, the agent may sell a small amount within 1% of Friday's close, or hold and leave the card short |
| **Small positions** | Binance's \$5 minimum means a small portfolio can't always be sold. The agent holds instead |
| **Stablecoin risk** | USD1 is a stablecoin issued by a third party. It is meant to stay at \$1, but it depends on its issuer |
| **Issuer and eligibility rules** | Ondo and bStocks restrict who may buy them, and either can pause a token |
| **One agent, one card** | The hosted agent refills one card today. See [Status](/overview/status) |
| **No audit** | The app and API have not been audited |
